Deposit Information

Wedding Receptions and Bar/Bat Mitzvah Events

Payment Information

  • All reservations require receipt of a $1,000.00 deposit to reserve date and room.
  • All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable due to cancellation.
  • Payment must be paid in full 14 days prior to event.
  • Final billing is based on the final count of attendance that is reported by you 4 days prior to the event.
  • Glastonbury Hills Country Club accepts Master Card and Visa charge, and personal or certified checks.
  • No dates will be tentatively held without a deposit.

General Information

  • Wedding reception of 100-350 people.
  • GHCC must supply all food and liquor.
  • An extra half hour is $250.00 if possible and prearranged.

Ceremonies

  • Ceremonies do not allow any additional time other than the original 5 or 5 ½ hours allocated for the event.
  • Ceremony fee is $1000.00

Beverage Service

  • We are proud to feature premium brands of liquor.
  • On tap beer is Bud Light and Long Trail.
  • Bottle beer is Bud and Michelob Ultra.
  • We can special order any non-stocked items with advance notice- additional charges will apply.
  • Last call will not be announced prior to the end of an event.

Final Note

  • Use of confetti; etc. will incur an additional cleaning fee.
  • D.J. music must stop 15 minutes prior to the end of event.
  • Live bands must stop playing a minimum of 30 minutes prior to end of event.
